There are a number of posts that I have seen, namely nsfw posts, that I like but don't want stuck at the top of my scroll when going through.

I like the posts so I don't want to block the user, so it's there any way for me to hide the posts?

It's not what you're asking for but you can set NSFW posts to not display without a click
