Tap to pay works just fine with my banking app. Also, you still have the possibility to install the google camera app and it has all of the features that are on the stock rom. The default graphene camera works jusy fine for me, it has what i need, support the optical zoom and automatical switch to the wide-angle camera, the picture quality is greate ! I find the Google camera app rather annoying because it only lets you go to Google Photos, and does allow shortcuts to any other gallery app...
Yea I had gcamera on my pixel 5 and it worked a treat (and gphotos with its permissions all denied other than to storage. I can't get tap to pay to work, but it's never been something I've used other than out of novelty so it's not much of a feature for me.
