I like how that bottle is so easy to tip over and is right by her knee just waiting for an involuntary movement as she shifts from one uncomfortable position to the next
I think they were trying to emulate someone painting their nails - see the advert claiming it’s as easy to paint shoes as it is to paint your nails? Oftentimes it’s a downright contortion trick to paint one’s toenails hahaha
The smaller image on the bottom gives me that impression even more.
