Politico notes that the appeals panel hearing our case had deep reservations about the government’s arguments, with Judge Patricia Millett asking: “Can the president then offer on eBay to sell them, all of our national security secrets, to the highest bidder?”

The government’s response was, in short, “yes.”

They’re not hiding it because every time they do their corrupt shit, no one comes to drag his coward ass out and separate his hemispheres on the Shite House lawn.

So, it boils down to this:

If you’re above the law, there is no law. He has proven this time and again.

And if the only recourse we have isn’t even allowed to be spoken because of some bullshit Voldemortian code that doesn’t allow open defiance of fascism, then I’m afraid there just isn’t much we can do.
