You can't post BOTW memes here, it's too modern. Wait what? What do you mean it's nearly 10 years old!?
It crossed my mind but I saved this meme to my phone back in April 2017!
That's two years ago.
You mean two years from now, right?
Ikr, we should go coffin shopping
Damn, its been the worst Zelda game for 10 years now? Thats crazy.
When did BOTW turn into Skyward Sword?
Skyward Sword has its issues but I don't think it's the worst Zelda game. I think that title typically goes to Zelda II (assuming we're not included by the CD-i games). It's a long time since I've played Skyward Sword, but the most egregious things I remember about it are the excessive hand-holding and repetitive boss fights. On the other hand, the story is infinitely better than BotW. There's actual character development, much more interesting dungeon design and I enjoyed the RPG-lite equipment progression. In terms of moment-to-moment gameplay I still think BotW is more enjoyable, but both are great games overall.
At least skyward sword didn't have you spending half the time grinding for weapons, or in menus picking/managing weapons.
For real, the game didn’t feel worth playing on my wiiu. I later played it on an emulator and used infinite durability and stamina mods, and that actually made it worth playing. Still vast swaths of nothing in that game, but still worth playing.
I wish (stock) they had some story relevant weapons with infinite durability, but random weapons that might do more damage that do have limited durability. Think that would have been a better balance.
I agree. The master sword had renewable durability, but I think each of the divine beasts should have had their own unique weapon reward that functioned the same as the master sword, maybe make them upgradable like the armors. Then you could have a core set of strong weapons to fall back on as you progressed.
i love botw but ( in regards to your statement) I'd buy that for a dollar
I think its easier to argue its the only good one
