Better everything goes on the counter than things just slide into corners and under blankets and behind a rack of spices for some reason.
That's a tip I got from Adam Savage. The item lives where you first thought went. Works surprisingly well for me as someone who commonly forgets where I leave things.
That only works if your brain can grasp the concept of things having a proper place, which I assure you my wife's brain does not.
Except, the memory of such a place is also dance partners with several other, similar notions, and only they can hear the music.
you assume after finding it, i remember where i looked first? usually I forget midway, what I'm looking for.
Me too 😭 ADHD is a bitch. It worked the other day though, maybe 4/10 times overall.
