im working on not phone scrolling anymore and i realized a root of my behaviour was having to give up on many hobbies my neurodigvergent brain loved in favour of what neurotypicals considered acceptable and phone is my only way to get dopamine. this is why coexisting with neurotypicals is so exhausting they torture us in such tiny ways and since they largely dont have a lick of class conciousness they just peer pressure us into behaviours that help corporations get their profits
Who are the pro-doomscrolling neurotypicals who are torturously peer pressuring you out of building model trains? Normies have been playing DnD and watching superhero and fantasy shit for like 15 years. I meet more people who are into niche board games than I meet people who watch football.
maybe its because im not into the hobbies you mentioned?
