What's your weekly mileage? (lemmy.today)

Just curious. If you're training for a race, what's your weekly mileage like, and what distance are you training for? I'm stuck around 20 mpw right now because life, kind of want to live vicariously through other runners. Hoping to eventually get back to ultras, but probably won't have time to run enough for that for at least a year or two.

Run commuting sounds like the dream. Do you have a shower at work or just stay as-is?

We have showers, lockers, a towel service and a gym available, so very lucky. Running is actually faster than taking the bus, too.

I wouldn't get in nearly as much time on my feet without being able to run commute. Plus the kindergarten is not too long of a detour ...

Sounds like the perfect setup. Kid drop-offs and pickups are what really make the logistics challenging for me. I'm glad you're making it work!
