Agreed. Regular (not modifying the source) AI upscaling is great for consumer product longevity and performance.

It’s how I recently got 4K 120fps when I hooked my PC to a TV. It’s also how someone with an older GPU can play newer, more graphically intensive titles without having to buy an upgrade.

If it’ll have similar results for PlayStation, I have no idea, but it’s not a bad technology.
