Strengthening the pelvic floor muscles can also help with this. Air squats, kegels, and other exercises can help. One such exercise is: lie on the floor with hands by your side and knees bent so the feet are flat. Lift the hips off the floor while maintaining contact with the floor with your back. Hold for 30 seconds, then release. Repeat 3-5 times per round.
