First time seeing pozole rojo. I've never made it. But here's a recipe I found and set aside. I'm going to try it.

I didn't know what hominy was before reading that recipe, and now I'm contemplating buying a 2kg bag on eBay for £15 ($20). Is it worth it? Is it delicious on its own, without pork and chilli?
