You wouldn't need USAID if your terrorist state is not selling weapons to all groups in civil wars and all the countries you destroyed with your illegal wars and foreign intervention under both dems and republicans. Seeing the dem history they never fix what the republican break
Actually we would still need to fight malaria and tuberculosis even without imperialism.
Those diseases reappeared in many places where wars was started
It would certainly be an easier fight without imperialism
