the skyborne look fine in classic zones. the art does fit. that root dragon looks bad ass, i can't wait to slay them.
do not trust images that represent earlier blizzard games outside of the context of actually playing the game. they were campy, cute, and stylized compared to games of that era.
do not trust images from wow forever outside of the context of actually playing the game. they are selectively showing you things that have always had more texture and stylizing than other objects in the game, like the player character and their hard won items.
go to the skyborne zone and look a the terrain and architecture. that's the playstation 1 era polygons that the OP is requesting. THE WORLD IS THE MAIN CHARACTER...
