Welcome to the News community!
Rules:
1. Be civil
Attack the argument, not the person. No racism/sexism/bigotry. Good faith argumentation only. This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban. Do not respond to rule-breaking content; report it and move on.
2. All posts should contain a source (url) that is as reliable and unbiased as possible and must only contain one link.
Obvious biased sources will be removed at the mods’ discretion. Supporting links can be added in comments or posted separately but not to the post body. Sources may be checked for reliability using Wikipedia, MBFC, AdFontes, GroundNews, etc.
3. No bots, spam or self-promotion.
Only approved bots, which follow the guidelines for bots set by the instance, are allowed.
4. Post titles should be the same as the article used as source. Clickbait titles may be removed.
Posts which titles don’t match the source may be removed. If the site changed their headline, we may ask you to update the post title. Clickbait titles use hyperbolic language and do not accurately describe the article content. 6. All posts must be news articles.
No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials, videos, press releases, or celebrity gossip will be allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis. Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.

Again.... Your reading comprehension skills are showing. You should have phrased your question correctly if you were looking for a specific subject.
Hormone levels reflect how long you've been on hrt. Most sports require at least a year or more of hrt to compete.
Lol, ask it like a normal person and I might read it again.
In the same article.
" In a hearing last January on gender equity in jail, Dr. Rachel Golden, a psychologist who specializes in gender-affirming care for Transgender, Gender Non-Conforming, Non-Binary, and Intersex people (TGNCNBI), told lawmakers it would be a mistake to think it is common for men to pose as trans females behind bars. "Fearmongering that one bad actor will pretend to be transgender and therefore create an unsafe environment results in the continued disproportionate targeting of TGNCNBI individuals for harassment and violence," Golden testified. She added that trans women are far more likely to be the victims of sexual violence when they are housed in male facilities. "There is little to no incentive to pretend to be transgender let alone to put in the work to sustain that ruse over time," Golden said. "There is absolutely no evidence that people pretending to be transgender is a common occurrence whereas there is ample evidence supporting the risk of violence and assault to transgender women being housed in a male facility." According to the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics, transgender prisoners are far more likely to face sexual violence than the general population behind bars. A 2011-12 national survey of incarcerated individuals found nearly 16% of transgender inmates in local jails reported being sexually victimized. That compares with just 3% of the entire jail population"
It appears as though the DOC intentionally told a man who openly claimed he was a heterosexual male to lie about his gender so he could assault women in jail. More than likely as a way to damage the public image of new gender accommodating legislation.
This is in the UK....... And it is a story of someone trying to take advantage of gender accomodations and failing to do so. They were never actually transferred to the women's prison.
This individual isnt said to be lying about their gender identity, they're just a terrible humanbeing. The failing here is that their cell mate made multiple reports to the prison about sexual advances and the facility failed to intervene.
Again, this person is not lying about their gender, nor did they rape anyone. The article specifies that bothe relationships were consensual.
Hormones do regulate bone density, though I fail to see why your skeletal structure is pertinent to the conversation. Are you suggesting tall women shouldn't be allowed to be detained with other women?
There aren't enough long term studies to make this conclusion. In the latest study they show mixed results with trans women retaining some strength in certain muscle groups and being weaker in other capabilities and muscle groups compared to their cis gender counterparts.
For someone who claims they feel sorry for trans people for spending so much time on gender identity, you sure are taking a lot of time hunting down articles about it.
