Yeah anytime any ticket was entered without a license plate, it would default to
NULL. His license plate is"NULL", which, depending on how you structure your database/query, compares as equivalentThat's just bad coding.
His name isn't a null value, it's just "Null" - they need to write better software.
yes even the police agree. He can't change his license plate either bc he has hundreds of outstanding tickets
