Roughly 96% of people polled by the Mirror US believe Donald Trump is the "dumbest president ever."

The survey, conducted last week, asked 15,000 people to assess President Trump's decision-making as the crucial 2026 midterm elections approach.

"'Dumb'" is such a polite word," one commented.

"I think it's pretty obvious to anyone with an IQ over 90. Even kids think he's stupid," another joked.

If this study is accurate then no. If he were, whatever percentage of the population you call dumb would then describe him as smart. Unless you only consider less than 6% of people dumb then it can't be the case.
