Nothing. But there's a reason western governments offer daycare subsidies as well.
What could that reason be? Could it possibly be so that populations are more productive? That's so nefarious! How dare they support me to work.
I never said it was nefarious. An anatomy book isn't nefarious for naming all of the bones in the human body. You're bringing your preconceptions to my incredibly dry quips and descriptions.
You're bringing your dry quips to a thread where idiots are saying the purpose if school is to support capitalism or some such.
I mean, it is. But that's a uselessly broad, unfocused statement, like "coffee beans are killing giraffes." A system perpetuates itself or it fails. Schools both yield new workers and temporarily free them of obligations so that they can work.
