Maybe the horse men will ride their horses in the hole to get their tools and swords outpf the hole.

Or you know, the Chinese drones after a long drone flight might feel perky and take some loops around it. Great use of my tax money. How about also digging very deep holes out in the desert, just to see what's in there?
