They are not defending themselves, the Ukraine government is a nazi puppet installed by Amerikkka way back in 2014 during euromaiden to provoke a proxy war and push NAziTO expansionism. Russia is the one defending and trying to free suppressed peoples here LMBO

You are right that Ukraine is a puppet and its men are sacraficial lambs used to try and weaken Russa.

Russia is defending itself against NATO encroachment.

The idea that Russia is trying to liberate anyone is absurd and laughable.
