On paper iraq was a dangerus oponent

They were not a dangerous opponent on paper, that's why the US invaded and said it would be a "cakewalk"/"greeted as liberators", etc. In 1991? Sure, dangerous on paper. Much less so after the highway of death and a decade of sanctions/periodic bombing
