@shojivr@lemmy.zip Yeah, happens. I used to be very focused specifically on a nonstop failure chains, it took me a while to realize that, depending on your mood, you can attach much more significance and importance to individual setbacks than you did during a time when things were generally a little better. I found it to be an important realization to have and keep in mind, even while sometimes it really is just one crap after another with no mental workarounds about that
it seems i need to know how to improve my mood else things wont get better
I spent the weekend sitting on my ass now it's sunday night and I didn't even do the things I told myself I would do haha
well no problem, most people spend their weekend doing something fun anyway.
