Modena City Ramblers - Fischia il vento (rock version of the partisan song that inspired katyusha)

Is this backwards? Katyusha was written in 1938 while it seems Fischia il vento was written in 1943.

I must've gotten it mixed up, I remember one of the red army songs was an Italian folk song that got picked up by the Partigiani and the PCI maybe it was Bella Ciao
