Yeah, it's mostly "southern hospitality" and a bunch of people saying roll tide there. Everyone knows a place to go mudding/dirt bike riding /ATVs etc if they have the money for it.

In the U.S. "country" people who have money have access to land they own. Those too poor, can't afford ATVs to race in the streets nor afford the repercussions.
