Wasn't Trotsky the one who ordered the Red Army to crush the Makhnovists?
As an anarcom I obviously sympathize more for the makhnovists, still I think the world without stalinism could've been so much better; not an easy choice to have a death note in your hand, without leninism probably you won't have a real opposition force against nazis.
