He's basically right except the part where he blames the Soviet Union for it instead of the country that actually dropped the bombs.
Might as well blame Japan themselves for the bomb. They could have surrendered faster!
They tried but US was not interested.
Japan invents a time machine, goes back in time to tell the emperor to surrender sooner and the US drops the nukes anyway.
