As we still do absolutely nothing, we will shoot past the 3°C limit too. With cataclysmic consequences for humans. As we do not regulate our emissions, the consequences of our acts will, with billions eventually dying and the world population dropping back below 5 billion over the next 3 generations.
We're doing less than nothing -- we're actively making it worse since we don't like affordable & scalable green tech because dirty brown commies made it.
