The smell is literally bacteria shit.
Dead skin cells and oils consumed, shat out, and increasingly an odour issue the longer it piles up. There is no other contributors here. Body odour is bacteria poop and they're not flushing.

I mean, some of your body odor isn't. But yeah, if you don't shower you reek from bacteria...
