I seriously love that guy. Sounds like a good troll.

And to top it all off, he even used it in an ethical and license compliant way. He didn't generate code. He understood every character. He even fixed a bug instead of introducing new error prone code.

That guy is a God and I wish him a long and prosperous life 🖖

Not quite an asshole. Competence only looks like arrogance from below. He's actually quite nice and friendly in person. He just has a no bullshit attitude, which is especially jarring for Americans, who always wrap their criticism in several layers of glazing.
