screenshot of Mike Primavera @primawesome tweet from 2019-09-30 which originally said "My neighbor told me coyotes keepeating his outdoor cats so I askedhow many cats he has and he saidhe just goes to the shelter and getsa new cat afterwards so I said itsounds like he's just feeding sheltercats to coyotes and then hisdaughter started crying."but some words are replaced withimpact outline meme text so it says:"My neighbor told me IRAN keepsDOWNING his REAPER DRONES so I askedhow DRONES he has and he saidhe just goes to the TAXPAYERS and getsa new DRONE afterwards so I said itsounds like he’s just feeding REAPERDRONES TO IRAN and then JDVANCE started crying"
