Just imagine ascribing such (or any, really) importance to “masculinity” and then have it be so fragile. Leading such an existence sounds like hell.

I'm a genderfluid butch. Since coming out it's so fucking weird how people treat me because of the dominant fragile culture.
-I'll have people double check if its okay for me to touch a 'cute' thing.
-someone said "oh that's right, it must make you feel more masculine to carry groceries" when I offered to take them from someone because the person was complaining earlier that their body was sore. And I was in better health at the time.
-give me weird looks when I gush over something cute or get excited.
Its like, I do not prescribe to toxic masculinity and work very hard to weed it out. I do not want that miserable life. Why are you trying to put that on me. Stop it!!
