Consider USAID as an example of a machine that keeps doing work regardless of the current office holders. Machines to crush children are part of the system. I acknowledge there were some good outcomes from US soft power. However, the child crushing machine continues to crush children even when the people actuating the lever change.

Its pretty affirming to see all the people bemoaning the loss of USAID, only to, at best, make a vague gesture towards "some accussations" of wrongdoing. Just constantly showing they asses.
