This is why they'll all consolidate the ticket behind the most goulish of the bunch the weekend before super Tuesday after Obama gives them a call (again).
It's not about electoral strategy it's about making sure your consultant friends feel validated. That's your retirement right there. You gotta show the consultants you're a team player.

Crowley had dropped out of the WI governor race before they all rallied around him and he won. It will depend on who else is in the race. Between Ossoff and Newsome, they will pick Newsome. Ossoff is a milquetoast progressive and that's intolerable. They demand someone who says wants to turn right and says so.
That was within a state. I’m not saying they won’t coalesce around a ghoul, just that it will not be Gavin Newsome. He is dead on arrival anywhere outside of California. He’ll be one of the ones who drops out to coalesce behind someone else.
