So no allegations of medical errors, worse outcomes, or fraud, and the decision is to cut them off instead of actually doing any research into the issue? Seems like a stupid decision by people who need surgery to remove their heads from their asses.

Removing their heads from their shoulders might be a more effective procedure

We won't know until we try, but OR time for a guillotine procedure will be much shorter than a rectocraniectomy and efficiency is always preferable

It's not stupid, it's evil. They know this will kill people, and that's why they're doing it. I hope the lot of them jump into a wood chipper.
