For me lately it is the Aurora from Subnautica.

I have been playing through on permadeath / vegetarian mode, with the goal of eventually make a YouTube guide, and the land based stuff is just such a jarring break from the usually game play.

On any new play through, I just know I'm going to have to stop what I'm doing, and spend 10 to 15 min doing a run through the ship.
