For hunger: it's okay to eat sooner. Instead of saving food focus more on trying not to waste turns, which often means picking your fights, leaving equipment behind instead of going back to sell etc.
Faith is my armor: try not get hit, think about positioning, don't get yourself surrounded. As a warden: bow is great but it doesn't have to be your only weapon, especially in the beginning you won't be able to kill all the crabs with 0-2 damage shots. Use grass and plants.
Did you know that 99.7% of players die holding onto equipment that could save them?
Well. I’m taking 90% of that percentage, I love hoarding and I don’t like letting any precious item on the ground. But yeah I’m getting better at positioning but I’m just a bit annoying. I like fighting everyone on the floor so I can relax. But that info about Hunger is pretty surprising. I’m used go hoard my food until I’m like 10-5 hp.
It's important to realize that consumables are called that for a reason. If you don't use them they are just dead weight in your inventory. It's better to use that food/scroll/potion than to die with a full bag.
