Capitalism will never allow itself to be regulated, this outcome is inevitable. If you don't like this, you're recognizing the glaringly obvious problem with capitalism as a whole, it all goes to the top and only gets smaller.

Because communism worked out so well in the 80-90's for computers that they had to smuggle capitalistic tech.
