sorry but if anyone thinks the "gta leaks" are anything but controlled pr by rockstar, you're delusional.
Considering they're subpoenaing Microsoft to try and find the leaker via window's device ID, I think spouting baseless conspiracy nonsense is delusional...
they literally want to tap into people's onedrive accounts.
i hope the hacker leaks the entire fucking game.

any hacker worth their salt isn't using windows to hack a high profile target anyway, that'd be dumb.
Wait, how can you subpoena someone without a court case? Or what are they suing MS for?
As far as I can tell there aren't really any rules anymore if you annoy rich people enough. They just sort of come after you regardless.
I would assume they have some sort of case open in the court system to try and punish the leaker, and are requesting a subpoena to get info from Microsoft as part of trying to track the leaker down.
Ah, that makes sense. I forgot you could subpoena 3rd parties
