If you can get hired by Meta, you can get hired by a slightly more ethical company for the same pay. Note there is no ethical employment under capitalism, but Meta is nearly the worst.
What is an ethical company?
A fiction that liberals tell themselves exists. Though it's plausible one could exist someday.
