Got promoted, relapsed a bit on my cutting down alcohol, ran 25k. However the partner and children are going away for the week, I'll miss them a bit but not as much as I'll love a week to myself.

I'm immensly jealous of having the week to yourself! I'm struggling to even get 20 minutes and I'm exhausted :(
