It won’t stop them trying, but this admin has had a terrible success rate in court despite being able to appoint judges. They’ll probably pull out this old defunct law, charge someone with it, and then the charges will get dropped when a judge says “Yeah this was ruled unconstitutional decades ago, dismissed”
