“Good governance” is a loaded political term in Canada and is used in political and legal contexts a lot, so it’s not quite as air-headed as it sounds.
Yeah, it's often used in the same way as "Responsible Government" and both terms sound like common sense nothingburgers if you aren't from here. Honestly, I don't fully understand them myself and I assume anyone using such terms in public is a lib or centrist.
