I don't believe it was staged (I give it only a 10% chance of so), but rather as others point out, incompetence. But the "Iranian" one I give it a 99% chances of being fabricated... probably not by the Secret Service or CIA, but by some tip "foreign intelligence" agency with the intention of provoking Trump against Iran. It is not the first, or second time of this.
