Right, but what they're saying is that the human may be powerless, but he's not passive.

It's almost closer to non-consent, in that sex is being done "to him" without his participation. I'd say.

Kay, well first off it's not "non-consent" it's rape when you don't have a "consentual" in front of it and there's no indication they consented.

Second the man in case is literally a passive observer within their own body.

Although that's assuming he's using the mind-control version of "being Ratatouille'd" instead the actual version which is just being coached but if it's that version the whole question is just dumb, and that's impossible.
