I've been running it on my rog Ally x for a long time.
Much better than that "armoury crate" windows bullshit it shipped with, and no man's sky actually plays smoothly in Linux
shudders at Armoury Crate laptop memories
When I was on windows I used ghelper on my Asus laptop instead of armory crate. I had been a long time Ubuntu user on my desktop PC but I was hesitant to make the switch on my laptop because ghelper worked so well. Turns out that someone ported ghelper to Linux so I finally moved my laptop over to Linux. If you're still using an Asus machine I'd recommend checking it out!
If only that pos didnt autoinstall armoury crate regardless of my consent
Thankfull I got rid of it
I couldn't even get it to consistently open and close games properly tbh. Steam sorted that out ages ago
