Tell the religious people that circumcision causes trans women. At least that one could make sense to someone who's afraid of trans people.

Aren't there literally people who were biologically male but raised as a girl due to botched circumcisions?

There's a famous one. He transitioned as an adult and later died by suicide.

I think so. There are also some intersex people who were "modified" as a baby to be female, but heaven forbid waiting for the child to at least be cognizant.
