I still say it wrong
There's a significant population of 20- and 30-somethings who know the proper pronunciation of
meleeentirely because of Smash Bros.pls no dox
leave me be
but the announcer in the game says it wrong! the emphasis is on the second syllable and the first e has a circumflex, so it rhymes with get.
