So jelly! My next run will be San Marzano tomatoes. From what I read they are excellent for sauces and actually counterfeited. Crazy thats a real thing!
I hope they live up to your expectations! Wish I had more room so I could try them! Are you going to process most of them?
My dream is I can grow hundreds of pound in greenhouses all year. Make sauce, sell at the farmers market and the rest goes to food banks.
I would love to get some of those seeds. Thats a good looking fruit (yes people tomato is a fruit). So I can propagate, if I can get my dream going its going to a veggie/fruit making machine 24/7/365
Also have a soft spot for Beef Heart Tomatoes, they are bad ass on a sammy :)
A year-round tomato stall? Who wouldn't be excited for that!
