Artyom Sheikin, a member of the Russian parliament's Federation Council, said on October 3 that the country’s Roskomnadzor media watchdog plans to block virtual private networks (VPNs) across the country as of March 1, 2024.

Of course, it's just that the Russian regime is going to black out all western sites that are not aligned with its propaganda and no reality other than the one fed by the government will be accessible by the people. This is 1984 shit.
