According to a lot of current leaders of governments......yes. That's kinda the whole point of women's liberation movements all over the world throughout modern history.

Also, punching down in comedy doesn't mean the person is actually inferior to you, it just means that they unfairly have less power or representation.

How is less power not being below? I feel like you want to mince words so you can be an ass about a joke based on technicality.

Having less representation on a societal level does not make you an inferior person...... It just means that the society you belong to sucks.

I don't think you were trying to make a joke, jokes are supposed to be funny.
