Then why did you take your car?
"I'm going home because I didn't find a parking space" sounds like someone who drove there entirely alone. Look how much space a car takes up for just one person.
Because public transport sucks in USA, due to car companies bribing/lobbying the corrupt government.

Agreed. Americans don't mention usa. We just assume we are the center of the universe.
